What do the new rules entail? 

The new rules require that occupational safety and health issues be addressed systematically from the early stages of a construction and civil engineering project and that all roles in the project have the necessary knowledge and expertise. Specifically, this applies to roles such as Bas-P and Bas-U, for which the Swedish Work Environment Authority now requires adequate training and experience in accordance with AFS 2023:3.
