The goal
Efter kursen har du grundläggande kunskap arbetsmiljö. Du har kännedom om de lagar och förordningar som rör arbetsmiljö, förståelse för din roll i arbetsmiljöarbetet och hur de olika rollerna samverkar för att främja hälsa på arbetsplatsen.

Chefer, arbetsledare, arbetsmiljöombud, skyddsombud, arbetsmiljösamordnare och alla som är intresserade av arbetsmiljö.
The topics covered
Kursen baseras på texter, bilder och intervjuer med våra arbetsmiljöexpert samt kunskapstest. Kursinnehåll:
- Lagar och regler - Arbetsmiljölagen, arbetsmiljöförordningen, arbetsmiljöföreskrifterna samt arbetsgivarens och arbetstagarnas roller, skyldigheter och ansvar.
- OSA - Att förebygga och hantera ohälsosam arbetsbelastning och kränkande särbehandling. Hur man bedriver ett hälsofrämjande arbete, samt praktiska verktyg för belastningsbedömning.
- SAM - Hur ett väl fungerande systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete leder till ökad trivsel, kreativitet och produktivitet. Riskbedömning, handlingsplaner och utredningsmetodik.
