Work Environment – Health-Promoting Leadership
A course for those who want to lead work environment efforts effectively. Whether you are a manager, safety representative, or employee, you will reflect on your role in work environment management and gain tools to help create a more health-promoting workplace.
This is a standalone course in our training package Work Environment for Managers and HSE officers. The course is based on texts, images, and interviews with our work environment expert, as well as knowledge tests.
Target
After completing the course, you will understand what is required to effectively lead work environment efforts. You will have reflected on your own role and know how to contribute to a work environment that promotes health for your employees, colleagues, and, not least, yourself. You will have the tools to conduct workload assessments and be familiar with how work environment matters should be managed and documented.
