First aid for injuries and accidents
Learn basic first aid so you know how to act at the scene of an accident. The course satisfies guidelines from national first aid councils.
Upon passing the final test, you will receive a course certificate valid for one year. The CPR Council recommends annual refresher training.
We offer integration with the ID06 competence database at no extra cost. Please contact us for registration after completing the course.
The goal
Enhance your first aid skills for injuries and accidents so that you know how to act in an emergency and can provide life-saving first aid in various life-threatening situations.
The target group
Anyone who needs basic first aid training.
The topics covered
You will receive the necessary theoretical training to administer first aid in the event of injuries and accidents. To feel confident and secure in providing the correct first aid, you must—in addition to this theoretical course—practice CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation).
Course content includes:
- Behavioral and crisis assessment of the injured person
- Stress reactions
- CPR
- Bleeding
- Fractures

The content of the training meets the basic first aid requirements of occupational health and safety legislation as described in AFS 2023:2 (Chapter 4) and 2023:12 (Chapter 4).
