This is a standalone course in our training package Work Environment for Managers and HSE officers. The course is based on texts, images, and interviews with our work environment expert, as well as knowledge tests.

Goal

According to the regulations, employers must have knowledge of how to prevent and manage unhealthy workloads and workplace bullying.

After completing the course, you will have the knowledge and insight needed to work with health-promoting factors and implement proactive health strategies. You will know how to act when identifying deficiencies in the work environment and how to involve managers, safety representatives, and employees in daily work environment efforts.

Most importantly, you will be familiar with the regulation on planning and organizing work environment management (AFS 2023:2) and the fundamental responsibilities for those in employer roles.
