The following terms apply when purchasing a course on trainor.se.

Cancellation Policy

eLearning

Cancellation with a full refund is allowed up to 14 days after the registered purchase. Courses that have been started are non-refundable.

The online course must be started within one year of the registered purchase and will be available for 8 weeks after starting (any deviations will be specified at the time of purchase).

Open Courses
The last cancellation date for classroom courses (including live-streamed sessions) is 14 days before the course starts. For cancellations less than 14 days before the course start, 20% of the course fee will be charged. For cancellations less than 7 days before the course start, the full fee will be charged.

Corporate On-Site Courses
For cancellations of corporate on-site courses made less than 14 days before the course start, the full quoted fee will be charged. For cancellations made between 14 and 28 days before the course start, half of the quoted fee will be charged.

Course Programs
The last cancellation date is 14 days after the registered purchase or 14 days before any classroom courses in the program start. Course programs with started online courses are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 14 days before the scheduled classroom course will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations less than 7 days before the course start will be charged the full fee.

For both corporate on-site and open courses, the course location can be either physical (“classroom course”) or virtual via live streaming over the internet (“live-streamed course”).

If a participant fails to attend a course session, they are not entitled to compensation, either monetary or in the form of a new course session.

Course Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an open course up to two weeks before the course start if the number of participants is too low. An open course may also be canceled due to illness or other reasons beyond Trainor’s control.

In such cases, a free rescheduling to a new course date will be offered, or the full course fee will be refunded. No additional liability or compensation will be provided.

A corporate on-site course may be canceled if an instructor becomes ill and no suitable replacement is available. In such cases, the quoted fee will be refunded, and no additional liability or compensation will be provided.

Billing

Open and corporate on-site courses are invoiced on the course day unless otherwise agreed. Online courses are invoiced at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Course programs are invoiced at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Costs incurred during the implementation of a corporate on-site course are invoiced after the course session.

Payment terms are 30 days. Late payments will incur a reminder fee and late payment interest based on the reference interest rate +8%.

To align with market pricing trends, we apply annual price adjustments effective January 1 each year.

Limitation of Liability

Trainor Sverige AB disclaims all liability for accidents and damages, including consequential damages, resulting from misinterpretation of course content or errors in the courses.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the agreement is made.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw via email at support@trainor.se.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your message exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred due to your choice of delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive notice of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise with us.

In all cases, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
