Under Sara’s leadership, Trainor Sweden has experienced very positive development. She has established a well-functioning management team and built a solid foundation for the company’s continued growth and product development.

Until a permanent solution is in place, Apave Nordics Financial Director, Truls Vad Fjeldberg, will step in as interim CEO. Together with Trainor Sweden’s management team, he will continue to lead the company forward with the same drive and focus. This means we are well positioned to take the next step in our growth journey.

Truls Vad Fjeldberg has worked closely with Trainor Sweden’s management team in recent years in his role as CFO of the Trainor Group and Financial Director in Apave Nordics. He has previously served as CEO for larger Scandinavian businesses and brings valuable expertise to Trainor Sweden.
