Storage

In order to ensure that you as a user / customer receive the course diploma, we must store some of your personal information.

Required fields in the registration are first name, last name and email. This is information we need to verify your identity and log in to the system. In addition, we ask for the optional fields such date of birth and telephone number, as well as the desired language selection. In certain cases, phone number and date of birth is also required, as well as social security numbers for certain certifications.

Your personal information will not be used for purposes other than administering the course and storing the course progress / course certificate. Personal information will never be shared with any other parties unless you specifically request it.

By giving your general consent, you agree that we store your personal information, as well as send you automatic / required emails / SMS in connection with your purchased courses. Trainor will not contact you at the specified email or phone number unless you specifically consent to this.

Deletion / access to your data

After a course is completed, your personal information will be stored for five (5) years after the course's validity / competence expires, or until you request to be deleted. Personal information relating to orders is kept for a minimum of five (7) years in accordance with the Accounting Act.

Deletion can be done from My Page on trainor.se. To delete your data on tu-academy, or if you require access to the personal data either system has relating to you, please send an email to personuppgifter@trainor.se from the email you are registered with on trainor.se or tu-academy.se, where you specify your request. We will then follow you up with a final confirmation of the request, and disclose any information stored about you within 30 days of the request.
