Azets Insight AS, Azets People Management AS and PricewaterhouseCooper AS is helping us with handling financials and invoicing within Trainors systems. They have access to the order system and relevant information to confirm that invoices match goods and services delivered. This may include personal information about purchaser and course partcipant.

Trainor uses SuperOffice delivered by Ganske Enkelt AS as a CRM solution. In relation with setup, operation and support of this solution against Trainor, they may have access to personal information about contact persons among Trainor's customers, in addition to persons who have been in contact with Trainor regarding support.

Visma Global delivered by Cloud Connection AS is Trainor's ERP-system. In relation with setup, operation and support of this solution against Trainor, they may have access to personal information that are part of the invoice connected to Trainor's delivery of services and products.

For physical data storage, Trainor uses AWS (Amazon Web Services) data centers in Ireland and Germany. AWS is certified under Privacy Shield. Read more here: https://aws.amazon.com/complia...

For file and version control, Gitlab is used. No personal information or other configuration is stored that can give access to personal information. These data are stored in Ireland and the company is certified under Privacy Shield.

E-mails are sent through Microsoft Office 365 datacenters in Irland. E-mails can contain personal data such as name and e-mail.

When ordering courses, the company administrator can send an SMS to the user. The SMS contains personal data such as name and phone number. Our sub processor of SMS-services are Intele AS.

For course participants who attend Trainor’s Electrician School (as well as for a selection of Trainor's other courses), Trainor uses SummeraSupport from Altiva AB as a case management system (support), as well as for some communication between teacher and student. In connection with the operation and support of this system, they may have access to personal data about contact persons among Trainor's customers, as well as persons who have contacted Trainor in connection with support.

N62 IT Solutions AB operates the servers for Trainor that runs tu-academy.se – the learning platform that manages the Electrician School and a selection of Trainor's other courses. In connection with the operation and support of these servers, they may have access to personal data about registered users on these servers.

Xtractor Interactive AB is Trainor's partner for the delivery of the Totara learning platform, which is the platform for tu-academy.se. In connection with support for Trainor, they may have access to personal dat a about users registered on tu-academy.se.

Trainor uses Answeronline Sverige AB for telephony answering and switchboard services. In order for them to be able to convey the right information to Trainor's employees about who contacted them, Answeronline saves contact information such as name, company, e-mail of the caller for a limited time.
