Data Processing Agreement

Trainor Sverige AB, as a data processor, offers a standard agreement for data processing. This includes definitions, responsibilities, rules and procedures for whistleblowing, information security and more.

As a Trainor customer who stores information about your employees, your company - as a data controller - should enter into this agreement.

The signing of the Data Processing Agreement takes place as follows:

1. Log in and go to "My Company", follow link in the section on "Data Processing Agreements"

2. Download, fill in the required fields and sign the agreement (note that the agreement is only available in English).

3. Send the agreement digitally to Trainor's Data Protection Contact Person.

4. Trainor will then sign the agreement and keep a copy, as well as send a digital copy back.
